Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park adopts the following terms and conditions for reservations.

Reception hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm 7 days  (til 5.00pm Oct – March) If you are arriving late, please pay in full by credit card (or by direct deposit if booking ahead of time) and a “Welcome Pack” including a key, park map and receipt will be left in the safe to the right of the reception door. Please phone our staff on the day of arrival to obtain your 4 digit code to open the safe. Please return the key to the safe if you depart early in the morning. (Keys are not required for caravan/camping sites).

Check-in: after 2.00pm and Check-out: strictly 10.00am.

Once you have made a booking you have entered into a contract with Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park. For accommodation bookings you will be required to leave a credit card number as a security bond when you check-in. In the absence of a credit card, a $100 cash bond will be required. The bond will be refunded once the room has been inspected by management at the time of check out.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] If a booking is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice prior to check-in, the deposit will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee or alternatively the deposit may be retained in a client account (no expiry)  NO refunds apply for late cancellations or for amendments to bookings following check-in. This means that if you choose to leave earlier than expected after you have checked in, you are not entitled to a refund.

A “NO REFUND” policy applies for online reservations made through online travel agents such as Booking.com, Wotif and Expedia. The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Parks’ premises, events or services.

Where the customer does not meet the Government’s vaccination or testing requirement/s:

(a) for entry to Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park or to access the operator’s services, the customer will not be granted entry and will forfeit any and all monies paid.


Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions (other than vaccination or testing requirements):

(a) the customer will be entitled to a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.

The following COVID-19 vaccination information is correct as of 28th January 2022 –

Proof of vaccination is not required if you are staying on a powered site or in chalet accommodation.

Proof of vaccination or exemption is required if you wish to enter our recreation shed for any meal nights or entertainment events. (ServiceWA App, Medicare Express, Covid-19 Vax Certificate or Immunisation History Statement ~ digital or hard copy ~ International Covid Certificate). 

Proof of vaccination is not required if you buy a takeaway meal from our camp kitchen. 


Wintersun Caravan & Tourist Park holds no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to you or your party. We strongly recommend you take out insurance coverage to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

All accommodation and other buildings are NON SMOKING.

A maximum number of occupants applies for each chalet type, as noted on Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park website and cannot be exceeded. If on arrival the number of people exceeds the maximum for the accommodation type, we reserve the right to decline the booking.

Minimum age to make a reservation: 18. A responsible adult must accompany any persons under 18.

Accommodation is serviced on departure only or once a week for long term guests.
