Fisherman’s Ensuite Cabin

Our Fisherman’s Ensuite Cabin is an older style budget cabin with ensuite. It is ideal for fishing groups and people travelling with pets.

The cabin accommodates up to 6 people with a maximum of 2 pets being permitted inside. Conditions apply, please refer to our Pet Policy tab below.

The cabin features a queen sized bed in a separate bedroom and 2 single beds plus a set of bunks in the enclosed sleep out.

Pets are required to have their own beds and are strictly not permitted on chalet bedding or furniture. Additional cleaning fees apply if rules are breached.

There is a modern kitchen with a large fridge, gas stovetop, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee.

Prices start from $105 for 1-2 people sharing (higher rates apply over Easter and the April and July school holidays)

Pets in the Park

  1. Caravan and camping sites: Pets are welcome in the park on all caravan and camping sites at the managers’ discretion. Application forms are available from reception.
  2. Accommodation: There is a number of chalets and cabins where pets are permitted inside (namely our Family Ensuite Cabin, Deluxe Family Studio Chalets, Standard Cabin, Onsite Caravans and a select few Deluxe Studio Chalets and Family Ensuite Chalets). Pets must have their own bedding and are strictly not permitted on furniture or accommodation bedding. Additional cleaning fees up to $200 apply for any breaches of this rule. For all other chalets and accommodation, pets must remain on a lead on the verandah and are strictly not permitted inside. Additional cleaning fees apply if this rule is breached. Pets are not permitted in any communal areas (camp kitchen, laundry and amenities).

For you and your pet’s convenience we have:

  1. an off-leash pet area at the rear of our park
  2. extensive pathways surrounding Wintersun for you to exercise your pets
  3. a designated washing machine for you to launder pet bedding
  4. doggy bags
  5. portable cages for hire if you wish to securely enclose your furry friend
  6. information regarding veterinary and dog boarding services in Carnarvon
