Terms & Conditions
Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park adopts the following terms and conditions for online reservations:
Reception hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm 7 days. If you are arriving late, you must pay in full by credit card and a "Welcome Pack" including a key, park map and receipt will be left in the letterbox just outside of reception. Please return the key to this letterbox if you depart early in the morning. (Keys are not required for caravan/camping sites).
Check-in: after 2.00pm and Check-out: strictly 10.00am.
Once you have made a booking you have entered into a contract with Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park. For accommodation bookings you will be required to leave a credit card number as a security bond when you check-in.
If a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to check-in, your deposit will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. No refunds apply for late cancellations or for amended bookings following check-in. This means that if you choose to leave early after you have checked in, you are not entitled to a refund.
All accommodation and other buildings are NON SMOKING.
A maximum number of occupants applies for each chalet type, as noted on Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park website and cannot be exceeded. If on arrival the number of people exceeds the maximum for the accommodation type, we are unable to accept the booking.
Minimum age to make a reservation: 18. A responsible adult must accompany any persons under 18.
Accommodation is serviced on departure only or once a week for long term guests.
If you require a cot or highchair, please make arrangements before arrival by phoning (08) 99 418 150. Cot linen is $4.00 to hire. These items are subject to availability. Pets are welcome in the park at Managers' discretion except in July and August. Application forms are available at reception. Pets must remain outside chalet accommodation and are not permitted in any communal areas (camp kitchen, laundry and amenities). Fines apply if rules are breached.
Caravan and Tent sites will accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults). Sites accommodate a caravan with an annexe or family sized tent plus ONE car. Bookings for caravans in June, July and August which exceed 18 feet must contact the park direct on (08) 99 418 150.
Whilst we make every effort to meet individual requests, please be advised that we are unable to pre-allocate specific room/site numbers. Group bookings cannot be made online. Please phone (08) 99 418 150.
If you are unable to book your desired accommodation online or are having any other problems, please phone (08) 99 418 150 during office hours and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
Top Tourist Members may receive a 10% discount (up to max value of $30.00) upon presentation of membership card at check-in. Discounted rates are not available if you book online. If you are not a Top Tourist Park Member, you can join on arrival at Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park - $30.00 for a 2 year membership!
