Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park is family owned and operated and a proud member of Top Tourist Parks of Australia. All of the staff pride themselves on exceptional customer service and standard of facilities offered at "the park".
Originally opened in the early 1970's, the park rapidly expanded when a unique 8 rink grassed bowling green was established in 1984. Further improvements include a large recreation room, camp kitchen, new deluxe chalet accommodation, dump point, wireless internet, fish cleaning facility, swimming pool, children’s playground and accreditation with the Caravan and Recreational Vehicle Association (CRVA).
Most recently Wintersun Caravan and Tourist Park received a "Green Star" logo in recognition of the environmentally friendly practices employed in the business as well as the award for the "Best Tourism Development Business in the 2009 Carnarvon Chamber of Commerce Business Awards".
